I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Ding and her practice. My visit was seamless: I was seen almost immediately and the front desk staff were professional and efficient. Dr. Ding herself is lovely, candid, and extremely knowledgable. She provided very thorough explanations of the issue and treatment options. She answered all of my questions and took the time to explain the science behind her recommendations; I appreciate that it felt like a real conversation. I will definitely be sticking with Dr. Ding for all of my dermatology needs!

This Was A Great Experience
This was a great experience. Clean, spacious office with friendly staff. I was late for an appointment and they were able to accommodate me. I was seen right away when I came in. Dr. Ding was highly knowledgeable and I really appreciated that she was to the point but still didn’t make me feel rushed. She answered all my questions thoroughly and didn’t waste my time. Also, fees are posted conveniently at the front desk and they were very transparent about what things would cost throughout the consultation. Looking forward to my follow up appointment soon!

Doctors make me nervous, but Catherine Ding and her staff went the extra mile to ensure that I was comfortable. She was able to answer all my questions without making me feel silly for asking them. I love that they provide a print out of your visit notes. It was perfect for me to go back and refer to my diagnosis, and treatment. If you’re looking for a respectful, sweet, and knowledgeable doctor then I would highly recommend her.

Very Pleased With The Overall Visit
Very pleased with the overall visit. Doctor Ding was extremely nice and patience in asking my questions and explaining to me about my condition. Throughout the visit, she proactively asked me if I had any questions +1. Noticed that she pays very close to details as she told her nurse to use a smaller needle as it will ease the pain of the patients. The nurses and receptionist was pretty nice as well, as they print out instructions that Doctor Ding told me in case I forgot. Extremely helpful staff.

Dr. Ding is incredible. She always puts me at ease and ensures that I’m always comfortable! Her staff is ALWAYS helpful and super friendly. I’ve never ever had a wait that lasted longer than 5 minutes here! I’ve recommended her to all of my friends and colleagues. If you’re looking for your next derm, let it be her! She’s wonderful, knowledgeable and will most definitely put your mind at ease. Her office is impeccably clean & welcoming. The Staff And Dr. Ding
The staff and Dr. Ding are very friendly and personable. There is a lack of good dermatologist in downtown Manhattan, so I’m happy that doctor Ding chose to open her practice in the area. Also, the practice provides a lot of free skin care samplers too, which is an added bonus.

The Level Of Service Was Superb
The level of service was superb. Was very detailed with the diagnosis, treatment and side effects. Their attention to detail was very good; they double check the questions I’ve answered via ZocDoc and refined some of the answer making sure everything was accurate.
